Policies
Cancellations
Due to the overwhelming demand for spa services, many guests await hopefully their chance to book an appointment due to cancellations. Therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Guests who fail to honor this policy will be charged 50% of the cost of all treatments booked. You will be asked to secure your appointment with a credit card or a gift certificate number. Booking an appointment is acknowledgement of these terms.
Note: All Day Spa packages require 48-hour cancellation notice.

Group Cancellations & Fees
Groups of 3-4 requires 3 business days notice.
Groups of 5-7 requires 4 business days notice.
Groups of 8 or more requires 5 business days notice.
If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled according to the above specifications, a 50% Cancellation Fee will charged for any and all services involved.

Right of Refusal
Somers Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

Product Returns
We will gladly exchange skin care products or issue a spa credit within 10 days of purchase. No refunds on make up purchases.

Gift Certificates
Somers Day Spa gift certificates are non-refundable. Gift certificates for specific day spa packages should be used within six months of purchase. After that time they convert to actual paid value. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. Somers Day Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. In order to protect gift card identity, please have 2 forms of ID available when redeeming. Instant Gift Certificates with a valid Authorization Code may be redeemed for any of our products or services, except as noted above, provided that payment has been received.
Spawish gift certificates may only be redeemed Monday thru Thurday, between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Returned Checks
We graciously accept checks for payment, however, a $25 fee will be assessed for any returned checks.

Sales Tax
Somers Day Spa charges sales tax according to the laws of the State of Connecticut. Prices shown on our website DO NOT include taxes unless otherwise indicated.
